I love a good quote, so this Christmas when Marg gave me a book of over 3200 quotes, quips, and brilliant remarks-I couldn't read them fast enough. Quotes give you a different perspective on things that are often misconstrewed and misunderstood. They can shed new light on an often burned out attitude or simply just make us lighten up and laugh. As you know, we collect books on make up, hair, style, etc. Call it research, learning, inspiration, motivation...we love a beautiful coffee table book-better yet, an informative beautiful coffee table book. Like we say, "You are only as pretty as your content..."

We love this new book by Bobbi Brown!

It hits the nail on the head- from making the right choices in product to perfecting your make up application. There is even a great resource guide in the back if you are even thinking of going into the Industry. We got ours off of Amazon to save a few bucks, but you can also find this at your local Barnes & Nobles or directly off her site...

Please don't let you hands tell on you! Often, we neglect the one body part that shows signs of aging first.Our hands, nails and cuticles fall victim to winter's dry air very quickly.
